Should ratepayer money be used for art?

No – none at all. Leave it to community and business groups. Yes – but give it to community groups like sculpture trusts, it will cost less and likely result in better art. Yes – leave it as it is. Bureaucrats should make the decisions and we shouldn’t criticise them for controversial pieces.
