Remembered for its sky-high water costs, no local control, and lack of democracy.

A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Monday the 18th of February at the Taxpayers’ Union Wellington office on level 4 of the Lambton Centre.

All are welcome – tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided.

Ashes will be scattered outside the Department of Internal Affairs.
