The Government has signed the first 'Local Water Done Well' deal with Auckland Council, but there are loads of deals still to be done.
But many of the councils still to sign deals are members of Local Government New Zealand (LGNZ) that has been captured by left-wing councillors and proponents of undemocratic co-governance.
