A group of water users and ratepayers, backed by the Taxpayers' Union, has filed an application for judicial review with the High Court on the basis that the co-governed Three Waters scheme is based on an invented and incorrect interpretation of the Treaty of Waitangi.
We're asking you to support this action. If the Water Users' Group wins, it will knock back the radical interpretation of the Treaty that underpins He Puapua and is driving co-governance across the local government, health, and resource management sectors.
The Water Users' Group has commissioned two QCs – Gary Judd and Grant Illingworth – as barristers to take on the case, but seeing this action through to the end requires financial support. You can use the donation form below to make this court action possible.
Donations can be made by credit card on this page, or direct credited to our bank account (click here for our bank account details).
If funding is raised beyond what is required for the High Court action, it will be held for appeals and further action to stop Three Waters.

With your support we can make the Taxpayers' Union a strong voice exposing waste and standing up for Kiwi taxpayers.
